Camp GLOW 2006

Last year, I attended a Leadership Camp called GLOW. It was organised by Peace Corps Volunteers -I love you guys, and sponsored by Unicef, it was held in the capital city Windhoek I personally learned a lot from this Camp, it taught me how to set my own goals and simply how to achieve them, the Camp was attended by 60 learners aged 13-16. It was a great experience, one to keep for a lifetime. Above are pictures taken at the Camp.

Gabriel Taapopi Secondary School

I am in Grade 11 at schooling at a Secondary School called Gabriel Taapopi. The school has about 1000 learners. We are 35 in our class, girls are majority. I would love someone from any where in the world to come and visit our school. It is located in the centre of a town called ONGWEDIVA in Northern Namibia. The school's postal address is PRIVATE BAG 5532, OSHAKATI, NAMIBIA,9000. If you would love to call the school, heres the phone number: +264 65 230345.

Our school, academically is one of the best performers in the region. It scooped first place both in the JSC and H/IGCSE examinations last year. Oh! I'm proud of our school.
